About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website, muznly.com, and when you apply to or take part in our Founding Restaurant programme. Muznly is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Muznly; “you” means you and the business you represent.

By using the website, or by ticking the box on the application form, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or apply. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it to these terms.

Using the Muznly product itself, and paying for it, is covered by our Terms of Service.

Using our website

The content on our website is for general information only. It isn't professional, tax or legal advice.

We may change the website, our plans, features and prices at any time. We don't guarantee that any feature will be released on a particular date. Anything marked “coming soon”, such as the iPad app, offline mode, and delivery-app and card-terminal connections, is a plan, not a promise.

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always online.

Don't misuse the website: don't try to break or overload it, get around its security, or use it for anything illegal.

Intellectual property

The Muznly name, logo and software, and the content and design of this website, belong to Muznly. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except to view the website and share links to it.

Logos of partners and other companies shown on the website belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.

The Founding Restaurant programme

The programme is for the first restaurants and cafés to use Muznly before our UAE launch, planned for January 2027. It is limited to 6 places.

How we choose. Applying doesn't guarantee a place. We choose founding restaurants at our own discretion, and we don't have to explain our decision.

What founding restaurants get:

• the chance to try Muznly before launch
• a direct line to our team
• a say in what we build next: we will listen carefully to your suggestions, but we decide what to build and when
• our current introductory prices

Introductory prices. Our current prices are introductory: they are not final, and they may change after launch, for founding restaurants too. Prices are shown as starting prices. If we change the prices you pay, we will tell you at least 30 days before, as explained in our Terms of Service.

Feedback. If you share ideas, suggestions or feedback with us, we may use them freely to improve Muznly, without paying you or owing you anything. Please don't share anything you consider confidential.

Publicity. We will only name your restaurant, or use your logo, photos or words publicly, with your permission.

Changes to the programme. We may change or end the programme. If we do, we will tell founding restaurants first.

Once you start using the Muznly product, our Terms of Service also apply.

Applying

When you apply, you confirm that:

• the information you give us is accurate and complete
• you are at least 18 and allowed to apply on behalf of the restaurant or café
• you agree that we may contact you about your application by WhatsApp, phone or email

We usually reply within 24–48 hours, but we can't guarantee this. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything.

We handle the information in your application as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pre-launch software

Before launch, Muznly is still being finished. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the software may have bugs, errors or interruptions.

You use pre-launch software at your own risk. We recommend keeping your existing system or records alongside it until you are confident it works for you.

Please tell us about any problems you find, so we can fix them.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and pre-launch software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muznly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost sales, profits or revenue, loss of business or goodwill, business interruption, insolvency or bankruptcy, or loss or corruption of data, arising from your use of the website, the programme or pre-launch software. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim (which is zero if you haven't paid us anything).

The full disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity in our Terms of Service also apply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, such as liability for fraud or intentional harm.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, tell applicants and founding restaurants by email. If you keep using the website or stay in the programme after that, you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If you have a problem, please email us first at hello@muznly.com. We will both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we can't, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

These terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two differ, the English version applies, as far as the law allows.
