# Muznly

> Muznly is a point-of-sale (POS) system for cafés and restaurants in the UAE. It has a till app for tablets, a web back office and a driver app, all in Arabic and English, with VAT tax invoices, inventory with recipes and food cost, staff permissions and reports for every branch.

Muznly launches to cafés and restaurants in the UAE in January 2027. It is not yet open for sign-up: cafés and restaurants can become founding restaurants, which try Muznly before launch at introductory prices (which may change after launch), talk directly to the team and help decide what is built next. Pricing is per branch per month, excluding VAT (see Pricing below). Saudi Arabia and Qatar are coming soon, and an international launch is on the roadmap.

### What is Muznly?

### When can I start using Muznly?
Muznly launches in the UAE in January 2027. Become a founding restaurant to try it before launch and help shape it.

### What is a founding restaurant?
One of the first 6 cafés and restaurants to use Muznly (4 places are left). You try it before it opens to everyone at our introductory prices, talk directly to the team building it, and help decide what we build next. We usually reply to applications within 24 to 48 hours.

### How much will it cost?
You pay per branch, per month: Starter starts at AED 199 and Growth starts at AED 399. Extra tills start at AED 49 per till per month, and Enterprise is priced on request. These are introductory prices: they’re not final and may change after launch. Prices exclude VAT.

### What do I need?
A Windows or Android tablet for each till (iPad is coming soon), and a web browser for the back office.

### Does it work with delivery apps and card terminals?
Not yet. Connections to delivery apps and card terminals are coming soon.

### Does the till work without internet?
Offline mode is coming soon.

### Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The till app, the back office and the driver app all work in English and Arabic, and kitchen tickets print in either language or both.

### Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. A company can have many branches, each with its own prices and menu, and one login can own several companies.

### Does Muznly issue UAE VAT tax invoices?
Yes. Tax invoices and credit notes carry your TRN, the UAE’s VAT rules come built in, and your menu, invoices and reports are in UAE dirhams.

### Does it track inventory and food cost?
Yes. Give each item a recipe and paid orders take the ingredients out of stock, so every item shows its food cost. You also get an inventory report, transfers between branches, stock counts, purchase orders and low-stock emails.

### Which orders and payments does it handle?
Dine-in, takeaway, pickup, delivery and drive-thru, paid in cash, by card or on a house account.

### Is my data safe, and can I take it with me?
Yes. Each company’s data is kept apart inside the database, sign-in can use two steps or passkeys, and every change is on record. You can download all your data as spreadsheets any time, even after you cancel.

### Where will Muznly be available?
We’re starting in the UAE. Saudi Arabia and Qatar are coming soon, and an international launch is on our roadmap as we expand and grow.
